Job description: 

  • As a Regional Sales Manager you are responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy within the EMEA organization.
  • After you are acquainted with our product range and our sales approach, you are responsible for the further development of our dealer network and new markets, this in close collaboration with the Area Sales Managers.
  • You will focus on innovation within mature markets and you will challenge dealers to approach their markets with Roxell advanced solutions. 
  • Within the growing markets direct sales is your focus and you will be looking for strategic integrators. In order to assure local presence, you will assign performant distributors.
  • You control expenses, monitor budgets and strive for an optimal balance between cost and sales price. Based on your problem-solving attitude, you are able to meet customer expectations.
  • You have a good knowledge of the market, product positioning and competitors. You will be supported by Internal Sales, Product Management, Innovations and Technical Service 
  • You will report to the Global Sales Manager.  

Competentions:

  • You have a Master degree with technical-economical background, or equal through experience (B2B) within a relevant business.
  • You are a people manager and have strong motivational skills in order to stimulate Area Sales people and distributors.
  • You have at least 5 years of proven experience in a Sales Management position.
  • You are a hunter who sees opportunities in a technical business.
  • You are all-round, hands-on and no nonsense.
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language skills: Dutch, French, English.
  • Based in Maldegem, you are open to travel frequently.
