Your function :

  • You are responsible for the further expansion of our commercial activities within your area
    • You provide intensive guidance and follow-up to our distributors.
    • In order to achieve a maximum market coverage and market penetration, you follow-up key accounts/integrators in your area.
  • You analyze our market position in your region and you achieve optimum info through thorough communication with distributors and key accounts. 
  • In close cooperation with the other Roxell departments and outside partners you elaborate project solutions, fully meeting the requirements of our direct customers. You play a coordinating role in the execution and follow-up of these projects.
  • You report to the Global Sales Manager

Your profile:

  • You have a bachelor or master degree.  
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales and/or project sales with a proven track record.
  • Affinity with the agribusiness or livestock equipment are considered as strong advantages. Successful experience in industrial sales is a must.  
  • You are a sales driven entrepreneur, who can work independently .
  • You are a real networker with active listening skills and someone who likes to negotiate.
  • You have the potential and/or experiences to evolve to a supervisory role.
  • You are based in the Eastern part (Georgia, North Carolina,..) of the USA.
  • You are prepared to travel frequently (50%) in your sales area.
