Your main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business development and growth in the region
  • Strive to achieve and surpass the objectives in terms of sales budget, revenue and profit
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the market, by screening competitors and following up on trends and developments in the market
  • Work very closely with distributors in the region to expand the market share and increase sales of products and identify new partners as required
  • Develop and implement key account strategies in the region
  • Build a network of customers, distributors and partners

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling industrial capital equipment as part of a larger customer projects
  • Specific experience in poultry industry sales is desirable, but not a requirement.
  • A strong track record of individual sales achievements in complex, technical, niche market solutions is desired.
